Birgit Girshick became Chief Executive Officer of Charles River Laboratories and a member of the Board of Directors in May 2026 following a distinguished career spanning more than 35 years with the Company. Since joining Charles River in 1989, she has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility across the organization and has been instrumental in shaping the Company's global growth strategy, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.

As an industry-recognized leader, Ms. Girshick has led numerous global expansion efforts across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Throughout her tenure, she has guided all businesses - Research Models & Services, Discovery, Safety Assessment, Biologics Testing Solutions, and Microbial Solutions. She also played a pivotal leadership role in developing Charles River's Pathway to Purpose strategy, helping define the Company's long-term vision and strategic priorities.

Prior to being named CEO, Ms. Girshick served as Chief Operating Officer beginning in 2021, overseeing Charles River's global business units and operational functions. In this role, she was responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, client partnerships, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives across the enterprise. She also led efforts to advance Charles River's digital-first strategy and strengthen its position as a leading early-stage drug development partner.

Previously, as Corporate Executive Vice President, Ms. Girshick oversaw the Discovery, Safety Assessment, Biologics Testing Solutions, and Avian Vaccine businesses. Under her leadership, these businesses achieved strong growth and profitability while successfully integrating numerous acquisitions that expanded Charles River's global capabilities, workforce, and market presence. Earlier in her career, she led the integration of WIL Research, a transformative milestone that strengthened Charles River's position as a global leader in Safety Assessment.

Ms. Girshick has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having led multiple global transactions and integrations involving thousands of employees and significant revenue growth. She is widely recognized for her ability to drive organizational transformation, accelerate growth, and build high-performing global teams.

Ms. Girshick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

Glenn Coleman joined Charles River Laboratories in April of 2026 as Corporate Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Coleman leads the Company’s global Finance organization and oversees the Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Global Facilities and Real Estate, and Global Procurement functions, as well as works closely with operational finance teams across the global businesses.

Prior to joining Charles River, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Premier, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Coleman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at DENTSPLY from 2022 to 2024. Prior to DENTSPLY, he held operational and financial leadership positions at Integra Life Sciences from 2014 to 2022, including as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2022, and previously as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President, International. Prior to Integra, Mr. Coleman spent 25 years in financial management positions with leading global manufacturing and telecommunications businesses, including Curtiss-Wright Corporation and Alcatel-Lucent, and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Coleman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Since joining Charles River in 2000 at its Nevada operation, Shannon Parisotto has built an impressive career spanning finance, operations, and business leadership. Over the course of more than two decades, she has held positions with increasing responsibility across the organization. In 2010, she was appointed Corporate Vice President, Preclinical Services Finance, overseeing the financial operations of the Company's global Preclinical Services business, which included the Company’s Safety Assessment operations. Her leadership scope expanded in 2011 to include additional business segments, reflecting her growing influence across the organization.

In 2015, Ms. Parisotto was promoted to the newly created role of Corporate Senior Vice President & Controller, Global Operations. In this capacity, she partnered closely with business leaders worldwide to develop and execute strategies that enhanced operational performance and supported long-term business objectives.

Recognized for her ability to lead complex organizations and drive transformational results, Ms. Parisotto was appointed Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Safety Assessment in 2020. In 2022, she was promoted to her current role as Corporate Executive Vice President, where she has focused on cultivating strong synergies across Charles River's business segments, enhancing the client experience, and accelerating enterprise-wide growth initiatives.

Ms. Parisotto holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Dr. Namandjé N. Bumpus joined Charles River Laboratories in 2026 as Senior Vice President, Chief Scientific and Innovation Officer. In this role, Dr. Bumpus leads the Company’s scientific strategy, oversees research and development initiatives, and advances innovation to support clients in accelerating the drug development process. She also leads the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board, which provides guidance to strengthen its commercial and regulatory strategy, and is also focused on developing and accelerating the adoption of NAMs across the biopharmaceutical industry.

Prior to joining Charles River, Dr. Bumpus joined the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2022 as Chief Scientist and later served as the agency’s Principal Deputy Commissioner through 2024. Before joining the FDA, she was Professor and Director of the Department of Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Bumpus has received several honors, including the Presidential Early Career Award, the John J. Abel Award, and the Leon I. Goldberg Award, and is a past president of the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and a member of the National Academy of Medicine.

Dr. Bumpus holds a B.A. in Biology from Occidental College and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Michigan Medical School.

Mark Mintz joined Charles River in February 2021 as Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief Digital Officer, and was promoted to Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer in June 2021. He was promoted to Corporate Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer & Global Shared Services in 2025. Mr. Mintz is responsible for delivering technology and shared functional and operational services that further enhance the Company’s abilities to achieve its long-term strategic objectives. Mr. Mintz is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience delivering technology-enabled solutions and transformation programs, which include building service organizations, delivering enterprise and digital software, as well as continuously improving the IT and operational infrastructure, using agile approaches.

Prior to joining Charles River, Mr. Mintz was a founding member of McKinsey & Company’s digital labs, the firm’s technology delivery practice, and a leader of McKinsey’s enterprise architecture practice, where he led clients through large-scale digital, agile and technology transformation programs. Mr. Mintz is an expert in applying agile methodology, focused on MVP (minimum viable product) delivery, iterative scaling, and building digital and engineering cultures and talent. He also served as an Application Development Manager at DoubleClick and a Technology Consultant at Accenture.

Mr. Mintz holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance and MIS from State University of New York at Albany.

Kerstin Dolph joined Charles River in 2001 in a Finance role for the Company’s Research Models and Services (RMS) business in Germany. She transitioned to the U.S. RMS business in 2009 and was promoted to Senior Finance Director of Global RMS in 2015. In 2017, Ms. Dolph was promoted to Corporate Vice President, North American RMS, where she was responsible for leading the Company’s North American RMS business, which included managing several consolidation and efficiency initiatives, along with global RMS technology enhancements.

In 2019, Ms. Dolph assumed the role of Corporate Vice President, Global Biologics. Subsequently, she assumed responsibility for the Company’s CDMO business, and in October 2021, was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Biologics Solutions.

Ms. Dolph is currently Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing and is responsible for driving the strategic direction and future growth of each of the businesses within the Company’s Manufacturing Solutions segment, including Biologics Testing Solutions, and Microbial Solutions.

Ms. Dolph holds a bachelor’s degree from the International Accountancy & Business School in Wuerzburg, Germany and was recognized by the Bavarian Government for outstanding performance.

Colin S. Dunn, Ph.D., B.V.M.S. joined Charles River in 2008 as Country Manager for the Company’s RMS United Kingdom business and as Executive Director for Veterinary and Professional Services in Europe. In 2011, Dr. Dunn was promoted to Corporate Vice President, Research Models & Services, Europe. In 2013, he was promoted to Corporate Senior Vice President and General Manager, Research Models & Services, Europe and Asia with operational responsibilities in Europe, Japan and China with a focus on building strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities in China. His role was expanded in 2016 to lead the Company’s global RMS business to oversee its strategic direction, drive efficiency through digital technologies and operational excellence, and build stronger client relationships through leveraging new tools to promote a more integrated client journey.

Dr. Dunn originally joined Charles River in 1998 as a veterinarian after his postdoctoral studies in livestock viruses before moving to Pfizer in a role for comparative medicine.

Dr. Dunn received a Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Glasgow and a Ph.D. in virology from the Universite Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg, France).

Todd Spencer joined Charles River Laboratories in 2006 as Manager, Investor Relations. Mr. Spencer progressed in the Investor Relations role through positions of increasing responsibility, and in June 2018, was promoted to Corporate Vice President, Investor Relations. In this role, Mr. Spencer manages the Company’s relationship with the investment community, and is responsible for effectively communicating Charles River’s business strategy and financial performance. Prior to joining Charles River, Mr. Spencer was Manager, Investor Relations, for Fisher Scientific, prior to its merger with Thermo Electron Corporation. Mr. Spencer began his career in Fisher Scientific’s Corporate Development group, where he was primarily responsible for evaluating acquisition candidates and conducting competitive analysis.

Mr. Spencer holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He is also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) professional association.
